So it's obviously because Twitch made confidentiality (of details) part of the settlement agreement in which Twitch paid Dr Disrespect.

one could make all manner of assumptions for why the denial is so generic
but it is generic
“nothing illegal” is precise
as is “no wrongdoing was found”
people do not talk this way off the cuff
appears to be a statement written by a lawyer
