Bullshit du jour. In the context of health care a hospital could have digital twins of heart monitors and patients. You can then manage which heart monitors are attached to which patient using a "computer". If you have ever done anything useful with a digital device you may know the concept under the term "entry in a database table". Or "thing that cynical greedy assholes sell to ignorant greedy idiots"
