The giraffe actually does look like Geoffrey. I don't know how they're "spitting on their own graves".

It's just not the same company. Not the same management. Probably not even a single member of the board still from the days before it was bought by private equity. That's literally how it works. They buy it for parts and basically sell off even those parts just to invest in something built from scratch, but with the same logo.

This article is difficult to read with the embedded, yet unrelated, video covering the text.
