The insanity is that it can take 10-15 minutes to place an order (in person) with an equally long wait after! No other coffee place is like this!

Any other “fast food” business would be driven out of existence with such service, not to mention the absurdity of the pricing.

Ordering and getting a cheeseburger is significantly faster than a Starbucks coffee!

I stopped going to StarBucks when all the employees started looking like the carnival freak show was in town. I just don't trust people who look that way to handle buy food and beverages.
