If you are building tools, long term availability is more important than free.
If I had a transcript workload, I would want a stable process. A tool that might not be around tomorrow because of economics would not provide that stability.
That’s what I mean by what’s-next? It’s cool that you built it and all. But how do you provide the service 18 months or five years from now?
