That any prediction over a 10 year span will be wildly incorrect.

I predict that if I'm still alive that I will be 10 years older.

The question is wildly open. Do you want the subject matter to be specified in any particular field?

As in "What are your predictions for the next 10 years in geopolitics?" or "What are your predictions for the next 10 years in computer advances?" or "What are your predictions for the next 10 years in wildlife conservation?" or "What are your predictions for the next 10 years in flower arranging?".
