Ask HN: what are some options for someone with a decade of experiance

Most of my experiance Is with a startup. About a good 7 years. It wast not successfull in the traditional sense(no exit). After that I have been managing a small team of developers as a product development lead. I am looking to make a move and want to do something like produc management. What's the best way to do that. What other options do I have. Thx
