If AMD and Intel are able to push the market into APUs (like Apple did) - also for AI - then NVIDIA has a challenge - although they sell a lot to data centers.
They show a better ability to switch from bubble to bubble than Sun did. They rode and fed the crypto bubble, and when that started to fade they jumped on and fed the AI bubble.
It's smart, because it takes time for people to accept that they're in a bubble, when that bubble either scares or enriches them. You can see it here on this site, where until recently even suggesting that "AI" might be a bubble was laughed out of the room.
