Tell HN: Job boards, please add sort by Remote USC

With job competition being so fierce, if you are in charge of job boards, please add a sort by US Citizen or no sponsorship option. It is almost impossible to compete with the global talent pool arbitrage and there's already enough competition with 340 million citizens.

We Work Remotely has a US-only filter.

I think there’s always a tension between people who want remote jobs to be anywhere in the world and remote to be within the US. A lot of job board owners are keen on the former.
