I'm all about keyboard shortcuts (Autohotkey, MS powertoys, tab navigation etc.) This looks like it's worth a look.
Fun fact: Shortcut keys are not the same as acceleration keys. Shortcut keys belong to windows and work across many programs (think Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V)
Acceleration Keys only work when a particular program is running and go away when that program closes (Think alt-keys, usually signified by a line under a letter in a menu)
