I'd almost go as far as saying this is an A+ puzzle, it's not quite there though, so I'd have to give it an A.

I'm stuck on 21 across - default paper size in Europe. Surely it should be "A4"?
Fantastic puzzle! I've got them all except "string whose SHA-256 hash ends in '…689510285e212385'". How am I ever supposed to guess that? What does Randall think I am, a supercomputer?
Brute force. Just start at A*(number of letters) and go from there ;)
I thought this was going to be too difficult but, after a few clues, I'm sure I'm going to Ace it.
I immediately knew the answer to 1 Down, but it still took a while to get the joke.

I thought it was VVVVV at first and was confused
Notably missing from the clues is "a famous quote from Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli."
