Show HN: PostgreSQL auto-upgrade Docker container (hub.docker.com)

We've just added support for Debian Linux based PostgreSQL containers. For that, use this:

• pgautoupgrade/pgautoupgrade:16-bookworm

Previously everything had been Alpine Linux based (only), which led to collation weirdness when people upgraded from a Debian based image to an Alpine based one.
