As a consequence of AI?
No, More from a technology standpoint.
AI is an idea that has been around for a while but has gained traction because of advances in hardware.

Technology encompasses many aspects that are not all necessarily part of computational technology.

Behavioral intelligence.

We don't need talking hammers, we need tools which behave in accordance with their explicit purpose.

AI Rights (assuming AGI). Do we still treat it as a machine, are we allowed to turn it off etc...
- Lots of arguments over whether AI is "really intelligent"

- Lots of arguments over whether AI is "conscious"

- Lots of arguments over whether AI "has rights"

- Maybe use AI to build new stuff that we couldn't have built before AI?

An explosion of new science and products designed by it?
