I get why anti-cheat software is as invasive as it is, but that invasiveness is a deal-breaker for me.
There is no game in the world that's worth having to put that much trust in a game company for.
And, honestly, if a game has such a problem with cheating that such extreme measures are required in the first place, then it's not a game I'm interested in. In a sense, it's no different than a place that has a heavy security presence. That the presence is necessary is reason enough to avoid being there.
