Ask HN: In what ways can LLMs improve the process of buying and selling homes?

I have spent a lot of time building products in the real estate space and I have lost track of the number of times exciting new technology has failed to disrupt it. I feel LLMs could have a positive impact in the sector but I see very few exciting innovations. A lot of people jumped on the bandwagon of creating property descriptions from images but that has been about it. What am I missing?
