This sounds like an excuse more than anything

While yes it is an anti-trust issue (and my bet is that if they locked up this in the US it would be litigated in the US as well - hence why it is not locked up in the US)

The questions are:

- Why does CTOs and CISOs don't push for a userspace-mode solution to exist? I think that specific Crowdstrike module is optional no?

- Why CS's process didn't prevent this from happening?

- Windows could also implement a status/success check for those drivers as it implements for things like graphical drivers etc

Sounds like deflecting away from responsibilty with a hint of a lingering odour of bullshit.
