Google is increasing domain prices up to 25% (domainnamewire.com)

Got an email from Namecheap today notifying me of the price increase. Didn't find any other reporting on this.

Renewal of .dev domain is now $17.98 dollar on Namecheap.

Hope people realize Google will shutdown its domain service eventually
