Trump was urging the Christian Right to vote. He felt that they did not want to vote. He told them if they vote just this once, the Right won't need their vote in 4 years because he will have fixed the aspects of our society that offend the Right. He wasn't saying there will not be an election, just that if they vote this once, they can go back to not voting because their vote won't be needed.
