There seems to be a problem with the signup. On register, it errored out. But the email-address seems to be registered afterwards. Login no possible, because email-verification is missing and no email arrived.
Sorry about that, I think there is an edge case issue there. I have verified all recent emails, so you should be good to go. Login and reset password should work.
