Such a tiny tiny issue affecting such a miniscule fraction of the population. It's worthy of discussion, important to those in the midst of it, but perhaps we can leave it for those affected or responsible for policy decisions.
Surely the rest of us can admit we have no possibility of understanding the emotions involved in such life-changing decisions. And respect our fellow humans to the degree, we don't chime in with strident diatribes?
