Ask HN: AdMob Match Rate 0% for New App, Support Unresponsive. Any Advice?

I'm a new app developer facing a critical issue with AdMob and hoping for insights from the HN community.

Situation:

* Launched app on July 24th

* AdMob initially worked as expected

* Match rate suddenly dropped to 0% a few days ago

* Added mediation, but no improvement

* 0% match rate for 4 days now, severely impacting monetization

What I've done:

* Verified AdMob configurations and ad unit implementations

* Added mediation

* Checked AdSense/Google Ads payments (bank card, account verified)

* Verified SSN and identity

* Confirmed app ads.txt setup

Verified websites via Search Console

* Added address to Play Developer Console

* Contacted AdMob support (got unhelpful canned response)

Questions:

* Is 0% match rate normal for new apps?

* Possible account issues despite verifications?

* Known AdMob bugs causing this?

* Recommended troubleshooting steps?

* How to get meaningful support from AdMob?

Any advice or similar experiences would be incredibly helpful. Also, does anyone have a direct phone number or email for AdMob support? The standard channels have been unhelpful so far.
