McD's was embarrassed by some glitches and chickened out.

Taco Bell has historically had WAY more tolerance for quirks and jokes. If their drive-thru does something silly somewhere, they're more likely to laugh at it, embrace it, challenge their customers to repeat it! Then double down on drive-thru AI and move forward.

I have every confidence this effort will be game-changing.
