Likely because the full title is too long (by 1 character) and dropping the second clause seemed easy.

Dropping the hyphen would have been a better solution.
They haven’t released it because it doesn’t work. It displayed an unacceptable level of false positives, and was trivial to fool and bypass (meaning real cheaters go free and innocent people get accused).
