Unless X lawyers have already found proof of collusion, this seems like a waste of time for the courts. Even if X does prove that they colluded to not advertise on the platform, it's not like the companies will suddenly decide to go back to X to post ads beside content that is now even worse than it was when Musk took over. And Musk is actively contributing to lowering the quality of content there!
