Bipping? Had to google that.

"Bipping is a slang term for a type of car break-in in San Francisco that involves breaking into unattended cars with little noise. I think using a term like that must be a specific planned clickbait technique.
It's pretty commonly used in the Bay Area, so I don't think so. Just a bit of local flavor.
I had no idea what bipping meant either, and wanted to remove it from the title (I don’t think it adds any context). Ended up keeping it just in case someone thought that would be editorializing though.
Do these people get prosecuted and imprisoned after they are arrested?
