Show HN: I created over 300 TypeScript boilerplates in less than 1 week (shipkit.app)
I’m a dev who loves building side projects. However, whenever I want to use a boilerplate to help with the setup, I find that it never has the exact tech stack I want for the project.
ShipKit allows you to download a boilerplate with the following tech all set up for you:
- TypeScript - Astro, Next.js - React, Vue, Svelte, Solid, Preact - Pre-built components for each framework - Drizzle, Prisma - Postgres, MySQL, SQLite, Neon, Turso - Lucia, Supabase, Clerk - Stripe - Resend - Tailwind, daisyUI - PostHog, Plausible - Node, Netlify, Vercel
All in, you get over 300 TypeScript boilerplates to choose from.
It’s saved me so much time when I start a new project, and hope it does the same for you.
Would love to hear your feedback!
Also, let me know what else you’d like to see in ShipKit.

[ 3.0 ms ] story [ 12.5 ms ] threadLike holy shit, Reddit is a cesspool of "SaaS boilerplates". It's like some influencer made a viral side hustle "Heres how I make $349,000 a day doing boilerplate side hustle".
Theres already great OSS options, I've been in love with https://github.com/CriticalMoments/CMSaasStarter but theres many for Vue and React as well.
