China is so big that when it does anything at all, it looks "rapid" by everyone else's scale.

China is leading the world on this, but they're still a decade behind their own nuclear schedule, but 5+ years ahead on their solar and wind rollouts.

They keep reducing their targets and currently it's 18% nuclear by 2060, but that's likely to be adjusted down as solar/wind rollouts accelerates further.
