Ask HN: Is Blind representative of the tech industry?

As someone considering a pivot into FAANG and tech in general, how would you all rate the culture?

Blind seems like a mild cesspool of hot takes, entitlement for high TCs, and a decent amount of anger at I don’t know what.

Obviously it doesn’t represent all of tech, but these people are working there. Is it like this in person and on teams?
