Opinions on customer feedback. Better tools than email blasts/surveys?

In my last venture, I thought emails and surveys were such an outdated format for me to get feedback from my customers. Wanted to know what people thought of a Reddit like website as an alternative. Would love general feedback on the problem, but I built this in like 2-3wks using a Reddit clone if you like the initial idea: https://www.thecontor.com/

Totally agree on the fatigue. It's always been tough searching through feedback for relevant nuggets. I think AI is enabling summarization and categorization of this user feedback. In the future, I think the status quo will be collect much more feedback, use AI to make sense of it. We're building a tool to direct user feedback to the right product managers (checkout lancey.ai). We think it reduces the fatigue that you mentioned.
