The takes in a disease and/or treatment in a form, with an option of submitting an image of a medical record and returns about the disease: cause, signs and symptoms, prevention and complications and about the treatment: mechanism of action, indications, side effects, contraindications.

The information is given in almost plain English avoiding excessive medical terms.
