Ask HN: Best resource to learn the Network Stack

I feel like this is a significant knowledge gap I'd like to close. I had some courses at University but they were all too theoretical.

Can anyone suggest a few high-quality resources that explain TCP/IP networking in a comprehensive and applied way? Especially one that goes into detail on how to use the Linux network configuration and investigation tools would be great.
