I think it's time someone made a crowd-sourced ToS accepting tool which has a random person on the other end is accepting your ToS and companies have to prove that you yourself accepted it (I doubt they'd be able to).

I really hope a precedent is set that abusive ToS are unenforceable since they are changed on the fly against users' will.
