Ask HN: Is there any domain-specific AI APIs?

This is in contrast to the full set which exist today which is all tech-focused stuff instead of more higher level ones. All I've seen is a generic "completion APIs" which is essentially only chat. I would really like to see APIs for content-based filtering, semantic search, semantic classifier, and so on.
