Ask HN: Who's using Zig in production? For what?

I have been hearing and read about Zig for a while.

I love the language, I love how non-overwhelming and "honest" it feels. I like how dam easy it is to integrate with C.

Yet, I haven't seen a really appealing argument around using it compared to more hip alternatives such as Rust or Go.

Is anybody here doing Zig for a living? For what? Why Zig?
