Ask HN: Chatbot with free plan for my OSS project's docs?

Is anyone aware of a chatbot experience like DocsBot[1] that includes a free plan for open source projects? In other words, what's the easiest, most cost-effective solution for feeding in Markdown documents into a chatbot that is proficient in TypeScript? Preferably, I could host/embed it in the docs, but that's not a requirement.
