Show HN: Terminal Color Lookup Tool (betterterminal.com)

Hi, while building BetterTerminal I had a hard time finding good tools for converting HEX colors to terminal (tput) colors.

Maybe I was just looking in the wrong places, but I decided to build a solution for fellow developers.
