MV: Any Hacker Houses have open rooms?

I'm planning to move to the Bay area by the end of the month and would love to live with a bunch of like-minded people. Do any hacker houses in the area have open rooms? If not, I'd be open to organizing a hacker house if a couple people are interested.

My budget is $600 - 850. Any city near Palo Alto or MV would work.
