Reporting bugs and difficulties is usually a very painful and frustrating experience, so I stopped doing it years ago. When I encounter a problem with something, I live with it if it's worth doing so. If it's not worth doing so, then I switch to using something else. In neither case am I reporting the problem.
But I don't think the solution to this is to ramp up the spying. I think the solution to this is to make reporting issues less onerous.
