That has little grounding on Brazilian law, because Starlink is not wholly owned by Musk. If it were the case, the Court could have blocked and seized Starlink’s assets, as long as there were adequate reasons for doing so. But, as it stands, the blocking seems nothing more than a petty escalation in the Court’s offensive against Musk.
