Ask HN: Is there fine-tune model I can try online?

I'm trying to understand the trade-offs between fine tuning and RAG.

Without fine tuning a model of my own, do any comparisons exist between plain LLM, RAG, and a fine tune for the same prompts/topic to be able to compare the jump in quality between the base model vs RAG vs fine tune vs fine tune + RAG ?
