Show HN: Free deep work app with no ads, no paywalls, and no tracking (tikie.co)

A few months ago, I found myself constantly distracted while trying to code. Notifications, complex apps, and the temptation to check "just one more thing" were killing my productivity.

Inspired by Cal Newport's "Deep Work", I decided to build the simplest possible tool to help me focus. The result is this free deep work app.

No ads, no tracking, no frills - just a clean interface that helps me get into flow state. It's amazing how a simple timer can transform my coding sessions.

I'm sharing it hoping it might help other developers struggling with focus. Would love to hear if others have similar experiences or tips for deep work!

Here's the routine I've developed:

1. Pre-work ritual: 5 minutes of breathing exercises to clear my mind.

2. Environment setup: Focus music (playlist), all notifications off.

3. Session structure:

    - 90 minute deep work blocks (using the "Deep Dive" timer)

    - 15 minute breaks between sessions
4. During sessions:

    - Single task focus (e.g., one feature or bug)

    - Handwritten notes for ideas/distractions
5. Post-session: Quick review and plan for the next block
