I go through these threads every month trying to find work, I've applied to almost 100 of them and so far I've been personally rejected automatically by whatever software they're using, never make it to an interview or nothing.

These same jobs that rejected me are reposted monthly, and this month I'm noticing even more people being vocal about this exact issue in the thread itself.

Starting to feel this is mostly being used to advertise instead of actually hire anyone.
