I like the revenue sharing option for open source developers. 20% is less than the Apple tax but it’s better than a star on GitHub I suspect.
Been using pikapods for years and have nothing negative to say about it. It’s an amazing value.
It looks pretty neat, how are backups handled?
They manage daily backups, but you can also enable SFTP and database access (Depending on your pod) and do your own backups if you wanted as well.
I've been using PikaPods for 2(?) years now, mainly for hosting an Uptime Kuma instance and testing a few other apps. Its cheap, easy and just works.

Have contacted support a couple of times via email and normally had a response in ~1 hour, might just be timezones have lined up well but zero complaints from me.
