Ask HN: How's Your Cloudflare Experience?
I've got a Cloudflare support ticket that's been open since 8th August relating to R2, and it seems others may have a similar issue:

This is one of two CF services we use, and I'm wondering how people feel about CF and its support these days?

There are a lot of stable and working products.
And to support, well don't depend on it! If it works it works.
That's like the "old place" and then everyone moved to discord.
Well, discord is where the developers go (including the cloudflare 1s).

In a way, you might get a faster/better response there than enterprise support!
