So, you responded to a request for a description with an hour-and-a-half-long video? Dude, do you have some kind of TLDR? Or are you a shill for Apple?
You don't have to watch the whole video. Just skip to parts of the video where you see someone talking.
Probably because the whole thing was scripted and they were trained to do that?
It's just the way public speakers have been taught to speak here in the 21st century.
But after you notice this, you might start fixating on the hand movements and missing out on what they are saying.
They're all the same make of corpo drone with different skins.
They don't have points of articulation above the elbow and their hands can't raise above their biceps. It's a design decision.
