The question is someone who is unable to find time to fill their social needs between working a remote job and caring for children asking for advice, and the answer is “it was an accident that in person work helped with this at all; you’re just going to have to find time.”

“Lonely” describes a subjective experience, not an attribute of a job or whether you work remotely or not.
