I think a better question is, “have you ever HAND soldered this close?”
I’ve pulled BGAs with a heat gun and attached leads to individual balls without contacting the next one(s) … which you really want to get good at because de-soldering between balls sucks !

Oh, and I don’t cheat with no magnifying glass
