Ask HN: Have you set up "Login with Microsoft" recently?

Getting "Login with Google" working took me a couple hours. But with Microsoft the process has been very complicated and I am now stuck (for weeks) trying to link with Microsoft Partner Network. I am pretty sure I am waiting for (what I assume will be a human) to review the paperwork they requested. Otherwise I am stuck in a loop/dead end, or maybe there is a bug? I am pulling my hair out here.

So my question is: Am I missing something? It seems odd that its this complicated and takes so long to get something so basic working.
