Ask HN: What's the best AI solution for financial modeling?

LLM's can write code now. Can they do financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets (or export into these)?

I'm not looking for an enterprise solution, more of a low cost option for small/medium models.

What are the best platforms to do this, and are they any good?

Unfortunately these models are bad at math.

You'll be hard pressed to find any LLM that can even sum a long set of values without being incorrect.

That doesn't mean you can't build compute systems around these.

But it just doesn't come out of the box.

Look up the garbage that people are trying to do and do the opposite of that. Look at NexusTrade for example
