Ask HN: Software Engineer salary range in Germany?

I am looking at relocating to Berlin for the next year or two and have begun looking at available positions there. I was curious if anyone had any idea of the salary range that a software engineer with 8 years of experience might expect.

I am mostly looking at mobile game studios located in Berlin if that helps any.
